Order & Delivery Regulations

Throughout our site, whenever you see a product you’d like to purchase, simply click Add to Cart and the item will be added to your Shopping Cart. There are many ways to find what you’re looking for: search by type of product, brand name, item or manufacturer number, keyword, or by browsing categories and featured items.

Once you’ve clicked Add to Cart on an item:

If the item you have selected has additional options or accessories, the Product Options page will display. If there are no additional options or accessories, you will go straight to the Shopping Cart.

Your Shopping Cart will be displayed. From your Shopping Cart, you can continue shopping, save your Shopping Cart for purchase at a later date, or continue to check out.

Once you choose to Check Out, you’ll provide your billing and shipping information.

After that, you will be taken directly to the Review Order and Specify Payment Method screen.

You’ll have a chance to review your total order, including any discounts, tax, and shipping costs. If you’re satisfied, you’ll provide your credit card information to complete your secure transaction or Check out with PayPal.

You will then see an Order Confirmation screen which indicates we’ve received your order and gives you a confirmation number for your order.

We’ll send an email confirmation within 24 hours to let you know your order has been processed. This email is your receipt and will include your confirmation number, verification of the items purchased, your shipping and delivery information.

The procedure for ordering, execution, the method of payment and delivery, return of goods are governed by the agreement and “Terms of ordering and delivery of goods”.

When making the Order, the User shall state correct data about himself/herself and contact methods with the User or another receiver of the Order. The User undertakes all risks including the risk of failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of the Order if the User states incorrect data.

ROKA provides the User with information support when making the Order and its fulfillment by the Seller. When ordering the User agrees to receive information messages from ROKA and (or) delivery services and (or) contact centers, for example, e-mails, SMS and messages via other communication channels specified by the Buyer together with the information regarding the processing of the Order.

The information about Orders is available for the User in the User’s MY ACCOUNT page on the Web Site. The User may change or cancel the Order according to the Terms of ordering and delivery.

If the User often cancels Orders, refuses to accept goods of due quality or violates the Agreement or other provisions published on the Web Site, ROKA shall be entitled at its discretion to change the terms of use of the Web Site features for such User.
